I am a disciplined and determined technology leader with over 12 years experience in solving distinct market problems by building products across categories from Internet Digital Media & Advertising (B2B2C) to Enterprise Sales & Marketing Intelligence SaaS (B2B) to LegalTech (B2B).  Product lines have scaled between $5M to $30M in annual revenues.  

I enjoy the mental torture of toe-ing the line between stubbornness and flexibility by using external facts by:  studying historical failures, listening to customers, and creating meaningful industry relationships.

I am relentlessly pragmatic and operate with inpatient persistence to generate executional momentum throughout product development and GTM life cycles.  My professional characteristics include:  relentless operational focus, intellectual intrigue, balanced & low emotion, continuous dissatisfaction (paranoia), and precision thinking / thought rigor.  In a world where skimming the surface seems to be the norm, I never lose sight of mastering the fundamentals:  be overly detailed and prepared for both small and big tasks;  be boringly disciplined; add more value than I consume; follow through.

My deep beliefs include:

  • Radical Candor - challenging directly (specific & sincere), self reflecting, constructive conflict, and have the tough conversation;
  • Respect - do what you say you will do;
  • Camaraderie - nothing great is built out of distaste; there is such thing as relationship chemistry
  • Fear-less - be uncomfortable, no means you haven't done enough;
  • Consistency - set specific, vivid, and insane goals (the hell with SMART) and be annoyingly persistent
